1 General Overview & Applicability

• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

4 Betting Rules & Procedures

Before placing any bet on GoldRush, please review the specific rules for each event. The general betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Collecting other members' account information or deceiving them.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

GoldRush reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• When suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
